Significant developmental leap

I worked with a doctor who prescribed an additive for my child with an atrial septal defect, who is 5 years old. The B vitamins needed to be injected gradually, but we gave him half a pill initially, resulting in a strong overexcitation reaction. We then reduced the dosage to 1/8 of the tablet. Once the supplement was introduced, there was a noticeable leap in development; my child began to speak much more and engaged in echolalia. After two months, echolalia occurred only during emotional moments.
